PhotonSilica | PHSI Technologies & Research Pvt. Ltd. is an Indian early-stage fabless semiconductor startup building advanced silicon for mission-critical applications.
Our work spans ASIC/SoC design, verification, semiconductor IP, prototyping, and qualification, with a focus on defence, space, and advanced electronics.
Recognised by DPIIT Startup India, Startup UP, and MSME. Beneficiary under the Design Linked Incentive (DLI) Scheme of the India Semiconductor Mission.
